  2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

    We issue refunds for digital products within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

    We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

  3. MEMBERSHIP OR SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS:

    We will ONLY issue a full refund for membership and subscription products canceled within 30 days of the original date the membership or subscription began.

    After the first 30 days the membership and subscription products began, refunds WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Membership and subscription products can be canceled at any time. Access to the membership or subscription product will end at the end of the month the membership or subscription product was paid for.

    We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues with your membership or subscription products.

  4. Physical Products:

    A request for a Return, Refund, or Replacement for a physical product MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS OF DELIVERY of the physical product to the purchaser.

    Upon receiving a request from the purchaser, instructions will be provided to rectify the issue.

    Under no circumstances will a refund be issued until the return has been received at P.O. Box 98, Harrington, Delaware, 19952.

    The refund will then be issued for the PURCHASE PRICE ONLY within 48 hours.
